The following suspects were processed
into the Washington County Jail last week:
Timothy Lee Erb, age 47, 1004 Grandview Avenue
Apt. A, New Matamoras, for a felony charge of
possession of
drugs and for misdemeanor charges of possession of
drugs and
possession of drug paraphernalia. Erb was arrested at
his residence
by Patrolman Travaglio of the New Matamoras Police
Department
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 4 Jul
10 at
2:33 am.
Mark Steven Hendrix, age 54, 906 Park Avenue,
New Matamoras, for OVI and for driving outside the
marked lanes
of travel, both misdemeanors. Hendrix was arrested on
Interstate
77 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into
the Washington
County Jail on 5 Jul 10 at 3:19 am.
Lionel Justin Gore, age 23, 130 Cemetery Drive,
New Matamoras, for failure to appear, a felony. Gore
was arrested
at the courthouse by Sgt. Spencer of the Washington
County Sheriff’s
Office and processed into the Washington County Jail
on 7 Jul
10 at 9:17 am.
